- Is it a subscription?
- No. clean.ink is a single one-time purchase. You are never charged again, there is nothing to cancel, and the unlock does not expire.
- What do I get for free versus paid?
- Free, you can redact a document and preview the result on screen with no payment and no account — the preview carries a “clean.ink preview” watermark and is not downloadable. The redaction itself is identical to the paid output; the one-time $6.59 purchase unlocks unlimited clean, watermark-free downloads.
- Do I need an account to buy?
- No account and no sign-up. Your purchase is a portable license key, not a login. You keep the key (it is also in your Paddle receipt) and can paste it to unlock clean exports on any device or browser.
- Who handles the payment, and can I get a refund?
