You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge that refund requests must be made within 30 days of the order completion date. clean.ink is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the order number from your Stripe receipt, or request the refund directly through Stripe. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Payments and refunds are handled by Stripe

Stripe, through its Managed Payments service, is the Merchant of Record for all clean.ink purchases. Stripe securely processes your payment, issues your receipt, and processes refunds; your card statement may show the charge as LINK.COM. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by this policy.
